  When you wait for over 30 minutes just to get to the speaker box that experience trumps all other experiences. I texted someone while I was in line and read the timestamp to make sure it was actually 30 minutes. When I finally reach the speaker box I tell the manager and she called me a liar and says she only has nine minute orders on your screen... nine minutes is what people were waiting from the speaker box to the window. Not much of an accomplishment I would say. They told me they only had five people working that night like I was supposed to feel empathy for them

  I asked them to make sure to make my taco surpreme (bc I've had problems here before) and they charged me for it. Get home.. Not surpreme, AGAIN. Terrible.

  I have given them the benefit of a doubt multiple times. It still takes over half an hour to get your order, and they do not know how to manage it properly. I get it, no high expectations for quality of their food. If you're going to be a "fast food" restaurant, at least live up to that title.
